Do you long for some time devoted to being quiet? To turn down the inner chatter so you can “be still” and listen to the depths of your soul. Or have you ever wanted to learn more about silence as a spiritual practice but you weren’t sure where to begin? If so, this retreat may be for you.

We’ll begin the day as a group talking about the many ways to “do silence” and taking time to practice it together. The rest of the day will be on your own, giving you the opportunity to experiment and enjoy silence outdoors or in a quiet space inside. Or both. You’ll find support knowing others are sharing the day in the same way. We will end with time to share and debrief as a group.
